I went to see Dr. Strangelove this week (but I forgot to take a picture of the poster) If you’ve never seen this film, I urge you to take a look. For a film made in the early 60’s, it sure holds up. Though my favorite part of the movie is a scene towards the end, where Peter Sellers is playing Dr. Strangelove, and he can’t quite control his arm. Apparently, Sellers improvised much of his work in the movie, and if you look closely, you can see some of the actors in the background trying not to laugh. Sellers was a genius at physical comedy.

You tried to move in 🤣.

We watched the first Bond film from ’62 Dr. NO. A bit sexist at times and slightly cheesy. But a shirtless hot Sean Connery and an equally hot Ursula Andress made for a scorching good time.

Looking to watch all the bond films

That’s a worthy fall goal. In chronological order?

Gonna try but spread out over time, don’t want to just watch Bond every week.

I love how the 18th-century “trinkets” are so well made that they’re still around and look brand new. Can you imagine modern trinkets being like that in two or three hundred years?
Betty looks so pleased with herself.

The craftsmanship was superior…and so much more attractive. Betty had just come back from a touch up!

Wait. Peter Sellers starred in movies that had nothing to do with The Pink Panther?!

😉did you ever see Being There? It may have been his last movie. He was brilliant and understated.

I haven’t seen it in years, so I can’t tell if it holds up. But what I remember is a charming, delightful, understated movie with superb sellers

I saw that and yeah, a lot of the actors are trying to keep a straight face. Just brilliant.

I have a personal question. How many photos are on your phone? Thousands? Or do you delete them?
LikeLiked by 1 person
About 150. I delete almost everything except family, friends and pets. The ones I love I transfer to computer, where I admit I have a lot stored. I also print out nice ones or make photo books

I should’ve known you wouldn’t have 4,791 photos on your phone lol

I know I’m never going to look at a lot of this stuff ever again. They might be wonderful moments but then they’re gone
