This is my third cat with kidney disease, so unfortunately I know the drill. It’s usually a slow progression and then a steep, fast decline. Pete is a big old guy who is doing well right now. Thanks for the good wishes!
Perhaps she ingested something that made her sick, but it is better now? Cats. I swear. I have one SKINNY cat who doesn’t eat a lot of food, but I will look over at her and she will be eating something (lint, string, bug, leaf????) off the floor. Geez! Glad she is doing better!

Your cat looks a lot like mine. Although I’m guessing my Pete is a lot older – he looks a little more alley cat than house cat!

Penny was sneezing blood last week. Not sure why. I’m glad she’s feeling better, but concerned that all her tests have come back normal

It’s hard dealing with pets, since they can’t tell us where it hurts, but we just have to do the best we can do.

Better thanks! We still don’t know what was wrong though, so I kind of baby her more. I don’t think she minds.
